Chamma Ling, VALLE DE BRAVO, MEXICO, a Bön Buddhist retreat center, is home of the Great Bön Stupa for World Peace. Valle de Bravo, is located in central Mexico and has an international airport (Taluca), just 40 minutes from the retreat center. The center has a Gompa (meditation hall), rustic bathrooms for men and women, rustic kitchen, outdoor dining area, and dharma shop. Don´t miss this opportunity to be in the beautiful Stupa for World Peace and to circumambulate it as a powerful means for purification.

Parking
The parking lot is about 1 mile from Chamma Ling.
The walk is uphill and takes about 20 minutes.
It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes.
What to bring
In the Tibetan tradition, the consecration of a stupa is a sacred event of great significance. We suggest dressing formally for this unique and great occasion.We recommend:
- Comfortable shoes
- Sweater or jacket
- Hat and sunscreen.

Children
Children are welcome at the event but we kindly ask their parents to be responsible guardians. Please keep them silent during the ceremony as a mark of respect to teachers and to support a contemplative atmosphere and to allow clarity of sound recordings.Valle de Bravo accommodations during events

There will be a limited camping space allocated at Chamma Ling. It will be open from Monday November 29th to Dec 5. No food service will be available. The cost for camping is mex $50 daily per person ($4.00USD) including facilities.Chamma Ling Retreat Center

Go west on Consituyentes Ave. or Paseo de La Reforma Ave. and take the toll highway MEX -15 to Toluca. Disregard the sign that says Valle de Bravo libre.From Toluca to Valle de Bravo (See map 1)
